Processing Time

Orders are dispatched same day or next business day. We only show items that are in stock, so what you see is what we have ready to ship.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes depend on The Courier Guy and your location. You can track your parcel's progress using the tracking number provided.

International Shipping

We currently ship within South Africa only.

Returns & Refund Process

At Nimbus Clothing, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we're here to help!

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Exclusions: Customised items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights.

How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return: Email us at info@nimbusclothing.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items in its original packaging.

  3. Ship Your Return: Mail your package to the address provided by our customer service team when you log your return.

Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 7 business days.

  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  • Amount: Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s) excluding any shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • Process: If you need to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. We recommend contacting us at info@nimbusclothing.co.za to ensure the item is in stock.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Resolution: If you receive a damaged product upon delivery or collection, please notify us by contacting us at info@nimbusclothing.co.za and be sure to quote the order number as well as a description and photo/s of the issue. We will collect the damaged product at no charge. After inspection and validation, we will:
    • Repair or replace the product, if possible.
    • Refund you for the cost of the product excluding any delivery charges you incurred on ordering the product.

Not What You Ordered?

If we mistakenly deliver the wrong product, or if the product does not match what was described on the Website or is missing accessories, please notify us, and we will arrange to collect the incorrect product. Once validated, we will either:

  • Deliver the correct product (if available).
  • Refund you for the cost of the product excluding any delivery charges you incurred on ordering the product.

Defective Products

We aim to provide high-quality products without defects. A defect refers to a manufacturing flaw or any product characteristic that makes it less acceptable than expected. The following are not considered defects:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage from negligence, misuse, or improper handling.
  • Damage caused by electrical surges, corrosion, or poor care.
  • Unauthorized alterations to the product.
  • A product that doesn’t meet your personal specifications.

Vouchers & Coupons

For returns where you’ve used a coupon, the value of the coupon will be deducted from the refund amount or product price. Any remaining balance will be refunded, and you may receive a replacement coupon if applicable.

Charges for Non-Compliance

If a return does not comply with this policy, or if you fail to return all accessories that came with the product, we may:

  • Refuse the return.
  • Estimate the value of missing accessories and adjust your refund accordingly.

If you mistakenly return products and want them back, you may be charged for the return shipping cost.
